Ideally located in the small village of Lu Fraili, only 1.5 KM from the seaside, newly constructed, two-level, semi-detached house in a prestigious residence built in Sardinian architectural style.
Covered verandas, little front and back gardens, outdoor shower and barbecue, living-room and bathroom on the ground floor; two bedrooms (one double and one twin), bathroom and balcony on the upper floor.
The living room is equipped with a large sofa-bed and television.
The cooking area includes a cooker, electric oven, fridge and freezer.
Washing machine and iron are included as well.
No linen or towels.
Parking spaces close to the house.
